Our employees include more than 20 PhDs and 4 full professors, and as the only Nordic company, we work directly with industry players in developing algorithms and software today

Hans Henrik Knudsen

Co-founder & CEO

An experienced senior executive from the software and telecommunications industry. Hans Henrik holds a PhD in nuclear physics from Aarhus University and has 10 years of experience in management and 5 years of experience from McKinsey.

Allan Grønlund

Co founder & Head Of Algorithms

Leading expert in machine learning and applied algorithms. Allan holds a PhD in computer science from Aarhus University and has 15 years of academic and industry experience.

Nikolaj Zinner

Co-founder & CQO

Professor at Aarhus University and an expert in quantum computers. Nikolaj holds a PhD in nuclear physics, has worked as a postdoc at Harvard University, and has been in research collaborations with some of the world’s most prestigious universities.

Albert F. Abildgaard

Master’s student

Albert is currently writing his master’s thesis in physics at Aarhus University in collaboration with Kvantify. His research focuses on efficient ways to solve quantum many-body problems.

Anders Dyhr Nørløv

Cloud Developer

A back-end developer specialized in cloud development. Anders holds a PhD in physics from Aarhus University and has years of industrial experience with simulation, programming and system modelling.

Andreas B. Michelsen

Quantum Engineer

Andreas is researching quantum algorithms and applications. He holds a PhD in quantum theory from the universities of St Andrews and Luxembourg.
He is currently working as a postdoc at Aarhus university.

Casper Kirkegaard

Cloud Architect

An experienced software developer with more than 15 years of academic and industrial experience. Casper holds a PhD in Geophysics from Aarhus University. His experiences include applications in bioinformatics, quantum computing, IoT/big data, and geophysical exploration.

David Gloriam

Senior Scientific Expert

Professor at Copenhagen University specializing in computational receptor biology. His research focuses on a large drug target family, G protein-coupled receptors, and computational methods driving interdisciplinary drug design.

Filipe F. Bellotti

Quantum Specialist

An experienced data scientist with thorough experience in machine learning and financial data analysis. Filipe holds a PhD in Physical and Mathematical modelling from Aarhus University where he has also worked as a post-doctoral researcher.

Frederik Marqvarsen

Quantum Engineer

An expert on measurement-based quantum computing. Currently Frederik is a PhD fellow in theoretical physics at Aarhus University, where he is researching quantum algorithms with applications in photonic systems.

Jeppe H. Surrow

Master’s student

Jeppe is currently writing his master’s thesis in Physics at Aarhus University in collaboration with Kvantify. He studies quantum algorithms with usage in logistic and combinatorial optimization.

Janus Wesenberg

With years of industry and academic experience, Janus is well experienced in numerical computation and quantum information processing. Janus holds a PhD from Aarhus University and he has worked at NIST and as a postdoc at Oxford University.

Josefine B. Robl

An expert on quantum field theory in continuum and on a lattice. Josefine is a PhD fellow in theoretical physics at Aarhus University researching quantum algorithms with applications in quantum chemistry and materials science.

Kasper Green Larsen

Kasper is an expert in theoretical computer science, and he has received multiple honors, including the Presburger Award.

Assistant Professor at Aarhus University and a biotech consultant. Nils has a PhD in Theoretical Biophysics from Southampton University, and experience working with biotech companies. His expertise lies in computational strategies in drug development.

Professor at Aarhus University specialized in theoretical and computational chemistry.
Ove is a leading expert in quantum chemistry with 200+ publications, 17000+ citations, and H-index 70+.

Patrick Ettenhuber

Software Architect

A leading expert in computational quantum chemistry and bioinformatics with thorough experience in designing software to be used by the scientific community. Patrick holds a PhD in quantum chemistry from Aarhus University.

Working among other things with optimization, Stig studies modelling of quantum systems and quantum machine learning algorithms. Stig holds a PhD in physics from Aarhus University where he is also an external lecturer.
